A bit about me

Hello, I’m Chris.

I’m a facilitator, trainer, mentor and Director of Inside Inclusion.

Since setting up Inside Inclusion in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organisations ranging from start-ups and schools to banks and global sport brands, helping business leaders, HR experts, communications leads and wider workforces build the confidence to make diversity, equality and inclusion part of business as usual.

I’ve spent over 20 years working across UK and global human rights – from campaigning for improved education provision for autistic young people and LGBT equality, through to exploring cultural conflict in complex international settings and helping open up sport to everyone.

If you think my experience can help you and your business, read on and get in touch.

I regularly hear from people – business leaders, pro athletes, HR teams and wider workforces – who are nervous about inclusion, put off by a fear of “getting it wrong”, in what can often feel like a complex and ever-shifting landscape.

But fear not – Inside Inclusion can help with that.

I enjoy helping businesses fight that fear and build the confidence to move beyond the buzzwords and start building strategies, actions and activities which benefit their teams, their work, and wider society.

Some nice words from
Inside Inclusion’s clients

I’m lucky enough to work with wonderful businesses – all of different shapes and sizes,
but all equally committed to creating inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.
